Hey folks I am sure this have been covered before, but I am not finding any old threads with it.
I need to provide data showing the increased value of a well thought out user interface/user experience. The data I am looking for is general. "Providing a well designed user experience shows "xx"% increase ....." If there needs to be more focus: We are using the data pertaining to a purchasing experience.
