Hi Brian, I think what you are looking for is to quantify ROI due to an UX/UI improvement. We tried to do this, but we didn't suceed, but for sure there are many effective ways to do it, in our particular situation it was almost impossible to quantify it because on new releases were involved not only UX/UI improvements, and also because our datawarehouse wasn't designed for track such things.
