Would it be a bad idea to do an analog to Blackman's "Worst dressed list"?
(Any publicity is good publicity?)

We won't criticize the "content" or the "presentation" or even the choice of 
technology used but concentrate only on the System Admin aspects. (We should 
probably create a list as Ed suggests of "critical points of interest".
