I don't care if you're the world's greatest lawyer and expert on restraint of 
trade, you certainly have not made your case here, and all your attempts so far 
have actually completely undermined your position.

Moreover, arguing from a position of absolute authority on a subject really, 
really doesn't work when you aren't actually the absolute authority on the 
subject in question.
