I think this boils down, though, really, to a few basic questions: 1.) Does one think this is a good idea, from a business sense, for Apple to do? 2.) Does one think, morally, that this is an acceptable idea for Apple to implement? 3.) Does one think, regardless of the answers to the above, that this is a matter for actual government intervention and interference?
