One other note about the training materials . . . In the majority of
cases, and unless stated otherwise, those training materials -- whether
on the USB key or printed -- are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. That is, you may
use them for yourself, or loan them to people, but you MAY NOT copy them
or post them on the web, or even publicly post the URL where they can be
found (if said URL is not already public).

Someone posted the private link to my training materials this year,
putting me in the awkward position of having to either pull the
materials off the web (thus leaving the people who attended my class out
of luck for getting my last-minute corrections) or giving out my
training materials to the world (which annoyed me). I opted for the
latter, but if that had been a new tutorial that I was planning to teach
a bunch more times I would have been super pissed off.

So please, "fair use" and nothing more.
