Yeah, that was suggested to me off-list as well. Well, people get (exactly) what they pay for, so to speak. And that's not to say that OLF isn't worth paying for or anything like that (I hear great things about it, definitely). Just that … if you're not actually paying money, you've got no business complaining about the level of service you get (or don't get).
