Evan,

I am not sure if you have tried this, but we hit up all the local (or non-local 
colleges, tech schools, etc.).  They are trying to place people.  Much of the 
time we strike out, but every now and then we hit a home run with a great 
person.  Let folks know you are looking on linked-in and facebook and other 
social services.
