We have used APC and Servertech switched PDUs (or CDUs as Servertech calls them). We have also used Raritan KVMs, but I don't think they are all that great. The various IPMI solutions like iDRAC/ILO/IMM are great and work 99% of the time.
Regardless of what you choose, be careful not to create any OOBM loops like putting the PDU mgmt on a switch that is powered by the PDU itself.
