I'm fortunate enough to have a local MicroCenter.  People who have Fry's
nearby probably feel the same about theirs.  I've bought a few things
from NewEgg, but never ran into such a problem.

I like my MicroCenter a lot.  They're a Linux-HA customer too (at
corporate), so what's not to like?  ;-)
