Hi Harvey, Speaking entirely as myself and not as a Board member, this seems to me to be an interesting idea. I think that there are definitely changes that a group like LOPSA can (and should) be able to affect, plus the idea of having a forum where you can check a particular site's trustworthiness (beyond shopping.google.com's star count) would be useful.
