Nope.  The "physical damage" was so minor that I literally had to use the lab 
desk magnifying glass to take a picture of it.  I thought it was unreasonable 
for newegg to have rejected the DOA RMA on the basis of this supposed physical 
damage.  It was so minor, I am positive that it would have escaped any physical 
examination they did during original packaging, and it escaped me upon receipt. 
 It was only identified upon my first attempt of RMA with newegg.  And like I 
said - they shouldn't have identified it at that point.
