I highly recommend Saddleback for longevity and quality, plus it just looks *awesome* (because it is). But none of the things I have from Saddleback I would recommend as a primary computer mover. The one I use the most is the Messenger Bag, and it works well for my 13" Macbook Air, but the lack of internal pockets like I was used to (things fall out of the two sewn-in leather pockets) means I had to get a Cocoon Grid-IT ( https://www.cocooninnovations.com/grid.php) which actually fixed all of my complaints. But if someone is comparing a Saddleback to the computer-specific backpack they've always used, they're just two entirely different things.
