My wife and I share a LastPass account, so that whenever I change a password she has access to the new password without any effort. Also if an emergency were to arrive either of us has full control of all our accounts.

When my team leader at work tasked us with researching password management schemes and systems, we tried out several but finalized on LastPass.

Their Enterprise version costs the same as the Premier version, but adds features like an Admin Console, revoking access to ex-employees, and shared folders among custom groups.

My favorite is the free attachment to a personal account, so I have access to work and personal credentials via one account.

Ditto on hurray for LastPass. I also use it with Yubikey. It
also checks _in my browser_ if I've used the same passwords in
multiple places, and notifies me if any of the sites I have
passwords for get hacked. Great service!

My only complaint is the number of sites that restrict character
sets and password lengths. When I can, I do 32 char passwords
    with special characters.

I use LastPass, since they've explained the way the javascript in
browser does the encryption/decryption to my satisfaction. It's
also portable to my mobile devices, and can use 2 factor
authentication with a Yubikey. I'm a happy customer.

I've been using PasswordSafe/PasswdSafe in the same way.
It's available on all platforms, and I store the safe on
Dropbox. The Mac is supported via "Password Gorilla" (though
currently there are some gui glitches with Mavericks that are
being worked out), and there's an iOS app.

I hadn't looked at Lastpass, which also sounds like a good
        option.

I’ve tried several, I settled on using KeePass, and

                everything I use, and I
                don’t have synchronization problems. Obviously,

            Same here.

KeePass writes in a specific format that is documented,
which means that there are several apps that support that
format. It just wants to write to a file, which means
that it works with Dropbox and friends.

It is the only "standard" I was able to use on all
platforms (Linux, Mac OSX, Android, there are versions
for Windows an IOS but I haven't tried them). Using
Dropbox vs. a service means that I keep copies of the
vault and can switch away from them whenever I want.
