The LOPSA mentorship program (https://lopsa.org/mentor) is there to help
too. It sets up a one-on-one relationship with a more experienced sysadmin.
If they want a bit of guidance beyond opschool and other resources, the
program is a great resource. Mentors aren't teachers, but they can help
point people in the right direction and start teaching people how to help
themselves in the long term. Let me know if you have any questions about it!
