Sure, but I think it is perfeclty fine that most intro admin courses talk about
adding users and groups because that is where you have to start. Would you
really want someone admining your LDAP who had never run adduser?

The depth of knowledge required to be in our field has greatly increased over
the last 20 years. Now we require an advanced course, not just the intro
course, to be a full-fledged system administrator.
