The fact that you also experience bad service is not counter-evidence to the 
existence of discrimination.

If I'm right about experiencing a problem running raw over the internet, and 
not experiencing the problem when tunneling the same traffic encrypted through 
a proxy, that's evidence of discrimination.  I will dig into this some more.
