We're using it. It works well inside firefox on a Linux desktop, which is my primary care. I wish there was more of a command line interface (maybe REST with a wrapper?) but haven't looked. It does work like the RT did, which is if you replied to a ticket, it saved a copy and sent a copy to everyone subscribed to a ticket. Which makes the flow quite nice. Unfortunately my idiot management decided that EVERY email reply sent out must include the initial problem report, so you have to scroll way down to find the new info. Which is then in newest on top order. Grrr.... And I cant' figure out how to merge tickets, but that's a new thing for me just today really.
