I was thinking we could build little boxes from the spare lumber we have laying
around, and then just rent them out as units. We could even include locks on
the doors, and it would be best if we insulated them against the noise somehow.
(We could bring in spare egg cartons? Or foam?)
Locked cabinets would be better, of course, because then some structural things
(like a floor) wouldn’t really matter.

We need to have almost-permanent walls, else we'll have complaints often when
some people are having movies/games/a meeting and others are trying to work. No
point in spending a huge amount of money ($14K/year?) to move somewhere that
will suck.

Keep in mind the space we're looking at is wide-open and we can't
build permanent walls in it. I don't know if we could offer a locked
room but I'm sure we could create some kind of gate (?) that clearly
says private area - keep out. I think all members would respect this.
