I was simply pointing out that we've replaced one problem with another. In
fact, I think the solution is worse, as a computer will likely take up more
space than the original suggestion of an Atari 2600.

The 2600 could be put on a shelf which would fit into the existing
bookcase, but require some wiring to make it convenient to use.

The new computer would presumably replace the graphics workstation in the
lounge, requiring that to find a new home - Mark suggested a portable cart,
which sounds reasonable for it's intended use... But the net effect is more
space being used.

The question that needs to be asked is the same one we should always be
asking before bring more stuff to live at the space: "Will it see enough
use to justify this large of a footprint at the space?"

Personally, I'm more keen to see New and interesting stuff that we don't
have at the space yet... like a sewing machine, new testing equipment, or
specialty tools... Rather than another video game system.

The arcade machines already take up a lot of room. I'm not convinced we
need another computer setup, though I understand wanting to keep the
graphics workstation as a workstation.

Perhaps an informal vote could be taken at the next meeting.
