The second one I linked (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:124533) is basically a proper version of the one that I cobbled together months ago that we are currently using. No disassembly required to install that one.
It would have been nice if all their end plates had cutouts for t-nuts to be inserted, like the main back plate has. It would make upgrading things way easier.
