I've added some useful links to the tuning section of 3d printer wiki page.
Based on the 'too cold' section of the trouble shooting guide I beleive we are cooling the part too much with the fan. I think that when printing with ABS the fan should remain off unless absolutely necessary (ie. Very short layers). Thinking back to the triforce, it only had trouble at the very top where the layers were taking only few seconds.
