I second what Siu said. More complex financial analysis is beyond both the tools and capability of the volunteer board at present.
There is/was a membership tracking project to create a SkullSpace membership portal with administrative and accounting features - it has languished due to resource constraints. On a more positive side, Grace Polson the cleaning woman will be attending SkullSpace tomorrow morning to begin regular monthly cleaning. I expect this expense to be around 100 per Month.
