It's definitely not the rescan suggestion - I rarely rescan. For example I just powered off now (I had been listening to some random tracks) , and powered on 5 minutes later, and now playing is again showing an album I played some days ago. Actually in this case I had rebooted the PC leaving the SB3 on. Testing again, the SB3 is beahving OK so long as the PC stays up, even when the SB3 gets power cycled. I think the issue is more related to the PC getting rebooted between listening sessions. The PC also goes into standby after 15minutes of idle (might have the same effect as a reboot). Does SC keep the now playing list in memory, or is it written to disk at all?
