To clear the browser cache - in Firefox: Tools/Options/Privacy/Settings (tick Cache) then Ok and Clear Now. Procedure is similar for other browsers (in IE the Cache is called Temporary Internet Files or similar).
To clear the Squeezecenter database cache - normally a full clear and rescan will be enough, but if not you need to find your cache folder by following the path set out in Squeezecenter/Settings/Information tab under Cache and then clearing the contents of that folder when SC is switched off.
