A bit off topic, but since I noticed a lot of XBMC users in the thread - I've been an XBMC user for several years, first on a modded xbox and then on an Ubuntu HTPC. I've spent the last 48 hours playing with the boxee alpha (http://boxee.tv) and I'm blown away by the interface and integration with online streaming video. boxee is a fork of XBMC. It's not exactly on feature parity with XBMC but what they have already is really quite good.
