The address to configure the router is 192.168.1.1, which is the same address for the original router. I think it assigns addresses up to 100, so I guess I need to assign a number above 100? Can you get a crossover cable with a female end and a male end? The cable attaching the two routers runs from one end of my house to the other (thus the need for the access point). I don't want to have to replace the whole thing. Is there a way to just replace the terminal on one end?
