Don't mean to drone on about this but a trial with a wired ( cable ) connection would clarify things. You could disconnect the SB from your system, get a short crossover cable at Radio Shack or the like or Ebay if you don't mind waiting a few days then connect it to your computer. You would quickly be able to tell if the SB is working by trying to connect to Squeezenetwork. By the way if you haven't unplugged the SB for a few minutes then re-connected it I'd recommend you give that a try. When you power it up hold down the Add button then go through the setup routine.
