Sorry for not replying earlier, I had to run off to do an errand.  In
the meantime it looks like alZmtbr has you almost sorted out!

Subnet mask - use 255.255.255.0.

Gateway - use your router IP, 192.168.2.1.

You don't need to touch those, at least not now.

Incidentally I think I know how this happened.  Your computer was
probably directly connected to the modem at one point, and something
tells me it's at 192.168.15.1.  I bet if you typed that in your browser
window a web UI would come up for it!  Don't modify anything if it does
though.
