I didn't get one until about 85. Late adopter, I guess. I used to go to the one Tower Records downtown DC to shop. Went through two CD jukeboxes before I got smart and got my first SB1 > So I bought them for pennies on the dollar > and sold the duplicate copies on EBAY. When we sold the company's collection of 10,000 CDs we got about $2/CD. We had paid wholesale, probably close to $5/CD > I have only bought about 5 CDs that I forgot I already had. I think I've bought about 10. I used to keep a printout of my collection from SlimServer when I went to Tower Records.
