You can use the Multi Encoder feature of dbPoweramp to automatically
created both a FLAC and an MP3 file at the same time (while ripping).
No need to batch convert as a separate step.

I second the nod to SyncToy. Works great for its intended purpose, and
you can't beat the price (free).
