Thinking a while about this, I'd like 2 things most: Getting targeted recommendations from friends. Not just knowing what we each like and are listening to, but being able to send a message saying, check this out. They know what I like and I know what they like. Friend recommendations are by far the most likely way to get me to stop and listen carefully to something new.
Easy personal ratings.
