Hi tomjtx If you have to change the server settings all the time, then maybe we should work on improving your home network. All routers have the capability to assign the same IP to your server all the time via DHCP If that is in place, you will need to go into the settings screen one final time and then never ever again, so you won't miss the feature. Also your squeezebox likes a constant IP address of your server much more! What operating system is your computer on and what router do you have?
