I think it would be helpful if you specified whether you are interested in (a) streaming from the internet, (b) streaming from a local library of video content, or (c) both. The market for devices that do (a) is growing rapidly, including features built-in to Blu-Ray DVD players, TVs, and various set-top boxes. On the other hand, (b) seems to be mostly the domain of MythTV, Windows Media Center, Apple TV, and a few others.
