Thanks for your replies. Since I believe there are still issues with streaming quality, I'm really only interested in (b) streaming from a local library of video content. Thanks for the recommendations for (b) MythTV, Windows Media, Apple TV. Is anyone familiar with PopBox? I understand it is reasonably priced.
