Hm, I can't reproduce any crashes under iOS 4.2.1 either. Please make sure you enable crash reporting in iTunes and sync from time to time. I'm getting very few crash reports recently and so far I haven't got a single one for 4.2.1 but that may be because it's too early, don't know exactly how Apple's schedule for distributing these works.
