To go from SBS to mysb on the SBS web interface, simply go to the left-side pane and select Extras > Music Source > mysqueezebox.com.
To go back from mysb.com to SBS, first disconnect the player from mysb (do-able via the Players tab on mysb.com), then use the drop-down menu on the upper right of SBS to pull the player back to SBS.
