Thanks Garym. I have a nice pc attached but it takes forever to load up cds. I was just thinking that a VB would load up faster and might be easier to categorize and conserve energy. The pc I use is one dedicated to the SBes and to a workout machine (a Rower...RowPro software...which btw is an awesome program for those inclined to row indoors). I also do not like keeping the pc on 24/7 and I'm not sure how to set it on an energy saving mode. So, maybe I'll just save my mooolahrooshki and live with the Win pc. It works very nicely. Maybe I'll start looking into a Rega DAC which I have been thinking about also. Any thoughts on the DAC?
