Just remember that the best way to ensure that Logitech prioritize to ensure that mysqueezebox.com continue to work is to use it and complain a lot to them when it doesn't work. If people are using it and complaining when it doesn't work, they will hopefully realize they either have to hire the right people to operate it or they have to hand over the operation to someone who knows how to handle it or they have to remove the dependencies to mysqueezebox.com to make their devices work without it.
