Wireless isolation is definitely 'off'. I did come across this issue previously. My 'guest' network is also switched off - no need to have it available. However I hadn't considered the different MAC addresses for wi-fi or ethernet connections. Given that the Touch which was failing to connect via wi-fi went straight through on ethernet, I'm wondering if the fault here isn't in the allocation of IP addresses for wireless clients/hosts? That's why I'm considering a factory reset of the router - to try and wipe away any conflicting settings.
