If it loses contatc then another GET would be issued - is there a second GET ? Otherwise it is LMS that has stopped sending ? Possibilties are many - one possibility is that TCP ack from Pi has been lost and so LMS has sent all the data it can - LMS will wait until TCP timeout before reseting link and then sending again wit another GET.
