that would be my test szenario...
- disable the duets dhcp and use a static one
- after some hickup - go to your lms server and do a [arp -a /windows]
[arp / *nix] is the mac & ip from the duet listed?
- if yes is it still answering to pings ?
btw: are you playing local files or radio streams?
