If you take a look @ the spec from your fritzbox - i dont believe that box has to low "something" Are you running dhcp? Why is restarting the router working? If you restart the wlan and channels are set to auto the box may changes the channel to an less used one - you should test that Whats happen, when you dont restart the fritz and just disable wlan and reenable it ?
