If your Lyngdorf amp is one with "Chromecast built-in", you might give the LMS Chromecast plugin a try. From what I've read, it can support up to 24/192. Can't guarantee gapless or ReplayGain support with these plugins, though, so you'll have to test that.
Honestly, the best player for LMS is a Squeezebox or squeezelite-enabled device.
