Thanks for responding. I am glad to see that your advice has helped the others resolve their problems. I have tried to clean and rescan, have deleted the slimserver files from the library and re-installed, but still have the same problems with only a partial scan of the library. I am running Mac OSX on a MacPowerbook with an Airport Extreme wireless router. My current Slim Server version is 6.5b1 from the 01-01-06 nightly updates. I use the most up to date version of iTunes for Mac. I have tried telling Slim Server to use iTunes and to not use iTunes yet still have similar results of partial scanning of library.
