Not had a problem. Ordered a twin pack of black SB3 wireless a while back, they were on back order (Slimdevices and their suppliers still recovering from the christmas demand at the time) but when i called to check up on the order they were very helpful.
Also ordered a Trinloc DAB USB tuner which i haven't got round to setting up yet.
