I ordered a Squeezebox and 300Gb Qnap three weeks ago from Multitask, the Squeezebox arrived about a week ago and I'm very happy with it, I didnt even read the manual and had it running in about 3 minutes, most of that was scanning the library.
I had no problems with Multitask, they replied to all my emails promptly (those sent via the website, direct emails seem to not arrive). I admit the Qnap situation is a bit frustrating but, thats a production and supply problem, not Multitasks fault, I havent had a bill for either yet and have been told my drive should be with me by the end of the week. I feel compelled to trust them, all other communications have been fair.
