Multi-Task just order from Cooltopia. Joy of joys I have just opened my March Visa statement and find my account has been debited by Multi Task for a Qnap. So now I have paid (shows a 28 Nov debit date), not received anything and no one will talk to me. Checked with my partner - he is in the same position!
You really don't need this c*** - takes away the pleasure of the SB3. I am now going to complain to Visa and get their accreditation suspended. Visa only protect you if you lodge a complaint within 30 days of the debit, after that you are on your own with no cover.
