Good luck! Personally I am going to try and cancel and re-order from Cooltopia. Multi-task seem friendly but they are not very organised. In the 15 weeks since I ordered I have not had a single email from them explaing what was happening. I was one of the first to order a Qnap from them but still nothing. Avoid.
