They are currently looking in to the issue of powering down with
Slimserver installed.

I'll get in touch with Stuart about your replacement SB3 as I am not
sure why you haven't had it yet.

PM me with your port forwarding issues as I have mine setup and it is
working well on all services including Softsqueeze.
